November: Adding provincial adjustment budgets

Steps

  1. Upload the key adjusted budget documents for each province (metadata editor)

  2. Upload the AEPRE vote chapter PDF and XLSX files

    1. Follow the bulk-uploading procedure

    2. See the section for specifics on AEPRE conventions to ensure you annotate them correctly
